WHAT WE DO

We are psychotherapists who have worked together since 2004, specializing in the problems of adolescents and parenting adolescents. We approach our practice with respect for strengths, relationships, and diversity, in order to empower our clients to solve real life problems. Our practice is guided by the basic principle that psychological health is maintained through the combined abilities to work, love, and play.
Our experience is based in providing individual, family and group therapy to clients from diverse backgrounds. Our expertise includes the following areas:
Our approach is informed by family systems theory, trauma theory, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and hypnosis. At heart we believe that therapy can help people to change by addressing communication problems, exploring the interconnectedness of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and using the power of the healing relationship.
