I love the work that I do and am constantly amazed at the strength, resilience and bravery I witness from my clients. I feel honored to be part of each client's individual and unique process of exploration and growth.
In my work I help clients feel heard, find relief from pain and suffering, realize goals and become truly known to themselves and others. I do this by creating a warm, nonjudgmental, safe and confidential space which allows for a process of growth to occur. I draw from an eclectic mix of theoretical approaches in order to individualize treatment to each client's needs and goals.

I believe that the treatment of children, just like the raising of children, requires support for parents. Being a parent is one of the hardest jobs and is often underappreciated. In working with parents, I help them discover ways to feel confident and satisfied in this role and to foster a positive and appropriate connection with their child. I help parents to:
